I see messages about "GSW32.EXE"

PCensus version 9 does not use Graphics Server, so this issue no longer exists

This message indicates a problem with the "Graphics Server" that generates profile and target graphs in PCensus.  It usually means that another application installed on your computer is using a different version of Graphics Server, causing conflicts.

The problem can usually be fixed by deleting or renaming the file GSW32.EXE in the PCensus folder; you may have to restart your computer before doing this if the graphics server is still running.

If this does not fix the problem, please contact Tetrad's Technical Support (via "Contact Us" link or call 1-800-663-1334) for assistance.
